Materials
- 3 tablespoons rubbing alcohol
- 6 tablespoons purified water
- 5 drops tea tree essential oils
- 4 drops peppermint essential oils
- 3 drops eucalyptus essential oils
Instructions
- Mix everything together in a measuring cup with a spout. Pour into spray bottle. It's that simple and easy!
- You will need to change the amounts depending on what size spray bottle you use.
Notes
Shake bottle well and spray inside of shoes daily depending on the amount of wear. Let dry completely before wearing.
